It's 3 hours of great fun, introducing you to the world of a mountain river, perfect for people looking for adrenaline, emotions and unforgettable experiences. Participants have the opportunity to get acquainted with the mountain stream of the river, taking part in various water activities that provide a dose of adrenaline. Starting from rafting, swimming on hydrospeeds and ultralight packrafts, to crossing the current by swimming. Each of these activities provides participants with exciting experiences. The attraction is organized on the kayak track in Wietrznice Resort To add excitement and healthy competition, the program also includes various competitions and competitions. Participants compete in team races and take part in arcade tasks, such as precise maneuvering of a pontoon or the fastest time to cover a designated section. During White Water Intro, in addition to exciting water activities, participants can also relax after an intense adventure by taking advantage of various attractions. After crossing the mountain stream, you can sit by the fire and use the sauna or hot tub, which will provide relaxation and regeneration.

The attraction is intended for everyone, regardless of physical fitness - you do not have to be an experienced athlete or know how to swim. The program is planned and conducted by the best instructors in Poland, multiple participants of European and World Championships, active competitors in extreme kayaking competitions, and Polish representatives in whitewater kayaking. so that participants can easily cope on the water at every stage of activity.
Ideal for groups - a program perfect for corporate events, stag and hen parties and team-building events. Working together in a group, struggling on the water and healthy competition are an excellent opportunity to strengthen the bond between participants, which has a positive impact on the atmosphere in the team.

White Water Intro is also intended for children and adults - regardless of age, participants can enjoy swimming on a mountain river, adjusting the difficulty of the tasks to their abilities.

    Do I have to be in very good shape and be athletic?

    You just need to be in good physical condition and generally be a fit person.

    How to dress? What to take with you?

    You definitely need to take thermally active clothes and underwear, you will receive special equipment on site, i.e. neoprene wetsuit, waterproof jacket, helmet and life jacket. People without kayaking experience can take extra bicycle or gym gloves to avoid painful blisters.

    Are there any restaurants nearby?

    Right next to the track there is our restaurant with delicious pizza and burgers. You can also contact us about organizing a regional barbecue or home cooked dinners.

    Where can we rent accommodation?

    You can book accommodation in our Center, we have over 40 beds available.

    What can I do after White Water Intro?

    You and your friends can use the hot sauna/tub, we can also organize an integration party or a bonfire for you.

Things to remember

Equipment and clothing that each participant should have with them:

  • Clothing under a thermal wetsuit or a Tshirt and shorts close to the body made of Lycra material or similar

  • Underwear and towel

  • Footwear to get wet, e.g. old sneakers or sneakers , you can rent from us for an additional fee of PLN 25, this fact must be reported in advance,

  • Secure the jewelry or remove it completely

  • People who need to wear permanent glasses or lenses are asked to report this fact before classes,

  • Non-swimmers or poor swimmers are asked to report this fact in advance.
